This song I recorded upon hearing that my Aunt Jenny passed away. I remember being ready to head over the Honey Jam as I had a performance, and I got the call. I rushed over to the hospital, rollers in head and everything to be with my family. Aunt Jenny was like a mother to me and her once warm hands now felt so cold. Heartbroken, I went into the studio and recorded this.

Unbelievable how you can breath such life into such a somber moment. Anyone who has EVER lost anyone close can find comfort in this rendition and definitely needs to give this a listen. Personally, I feel this version is BETTER than the original.
