I mean, the music doesnt help, if the result is nothing.

many strange comments here...robbie is robbie...a great performer...freddie was reddie, maybe an even better performer, but why try to make this in to a competision,,,they are fantastic performers in their time. freddie(queen), robbie and all the other artists then and now...you all did a great job. Now, can we talk about if this helped anyone in the world...I dont think so. This is wonderful performances, but what good did it do to they who really needed it.

I lost respect for Robbie here. He seemed more interested in trying to get a reaction from the crowd and steal the show than anything else. That day wasn't about him. There's nothing wrong with trying to emulate an idol or anything, but he seemed to be getting more and more frustrated that he wasn't getting the same as what happened at live aid. If he'd used his own mannerisms and natural charisma like he usually does, instead if trying to recapture somebody else's it would've been alot better.

I cannot take the comment that "Robbie .... is better than Queen and Michael Jackson" seriously. Freddie Mercury had more talent, flair, ability to connect with the crowd, in his scrotum than Robbie Williams will ever have..

56 People didn't get rocked!
Some people just can`t realize that the man is offering a tribute to a legend. When he sang in Royal Albert Hall after Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra he did just that: kept the LEGEND alive. Stop judging and enjoy the show!

The reason he sang this is because he wanted a bit a Queen there, like the original Live Aid.
