On January 21, 2011, the 2nd Umami Culinary Challenge: The Battle for the Umami Bowl will commence at the A.Venue Events Center in Makati. This inter-school, multi-category cooking competition focuses on umami, the 5th basic taste.

This is an Open invitation to Culinary students and the Umami Culinary School particpating in the Umami Culinary Challenge to be a member of The Culinary Central where one can create their Digital Culinary Showcase from the event. This event is by AJINOMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION (APC) and is an affiliate of Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (AJICO) of Tokyo, Japan.
