This is no doubt going ot be dismissed as just another agent of "The Man" trying to hush it all up but.... Sorry mate, seem like your ready a wee bit to much into the these films, granted in some of them the symbolism is obvious and deliberate but on the spectrum of films as a whole? Seems a little far-fetched to think that all these film directors suddenly started worshipping the sun and praising it in-directly thought their work...

@BadCthulhu in the benning i didn´t belive in all this "filmakers hidden winks" stuff but as i paid more and more attetion to simbolism in films i also noted this: too many movies mix facts & fiction...giving us some keys to decipher but at the same time not drawing too much attention: Illuminatti, Anunnaki, Solar flares, Hadron Colliders, Extraterrestrial agendas... movies are the best source to get a general idea of what has been hidden of us.

We are simply travelers of the 3rd dimension, and we are using 2d shells of infinity possibilities to ride our rollar coasters of life.

Now finally apply these concepts with the idea that religion "heaven" is the manifestation of a higher being and "hell" is simply losing focus and touch on ourselves, falling backwords through our traversing dimensions and not forward.

You could say that religion is basically the "symbolic" representation of this inert instinct within us.
