From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Ruth Ezell looks back on the history of the Phyllis Wheatley Heritage Center in St. Louis. This YWCA branch was established for young African American girls in the early 20th century. Recently, a permanent display was revealed to chronicle the center's legacy for generations to come.
