Where did you put your air compressor? How close was it to your horns? For the Grover 1510s.

@supersalomi: I put the air compressor inside the bed of the truck where it's protected by a tonneau cover. I drilled a small hole and ran the air line through the floor of the bed. The air tubing from the valve to the horns is just a few inches so there's very little perceived delay from pushing the horn button on the steering wheel, to hearing the horns report.

@pollstertoni: I have two 1510s under the truck regulated to 150psi, and 5 gallon air tank to feed them. =)

I have a Titan as well and have been wanting to add one of the stuttering tone horns. where did you mount yours?

@cmelochick: I removed the spare tire and stowed it in the truck bed. I mounted the horns to a piece of plate steel and mounted the steel plate to the frame where the spare tire was. I used loc tite to prevent any of the screws/bolts form rattling loose. Good luck!
