remember that big old 7 1/4 loco I drive every weekend? Well the same thing happened to me at speed, quite messy.

Finally someone spotted it. :-)
I had to pull that apart at some point and forgot to loktite it back on.
It was quickly screwed back together to finish the run and was then stripped down, cleaned and loktitied in position once everything had cooled so it wouldn't happen again.
