Originally I wrote this melody for a proposed TV pilot that, unfortunately, did not make it to air.

While fond of the tune, it has remained as a future thought while I've worked other projects.

That is until now... friend and occasional photographer David Priest surprised me with this autumn 'mash up' - he found the tune on a disc I cut for him of work in progress.

We enjoyed it here on the farm and thought you might too, as you linger in the charm of fall and ready yourself for winter.

Cheers!

  • Loved the pics! Especially the details in the close-ups. I did recognize the farm. Where is that waterfall?

  • The falls are in the "back 40" of Swallow Creek farm (also the global headquarters for Uncle Dan Records!)

    Glad you enjoyed!

  • Your music is so relaxing that I can't stop listening to it I have it as back ground music.

  • Wow! I didn't expect that! That's really well done! I like the string harmonies in the 2nd and 3rd chorus also the bridge has a tasteful nice melodical arrangement change to take you out of this autumn scenic trance and back into the main melodical theme. It's sort of like just gazing into a campfire!
