I already went over this exercise, but going over it again, this time in higher quality. Be sure to do this exercise if your stuck with your pull ups.

  • lolo the guy in the back just spinning his legs was hilarious than on the other side the dude does a muscle up on the rings and struggles for so long to get one side straight

  • im starting to get this now...I have been doing 10 pull ups and 25 push ups everyday. now i dont know if this is a good thing. But im getting better at pull ups..now i can do 15 pull ups 20max, and 45push ups...i think im not balancing it out..can someone help me or give me tips or SOMETHING. PLEASe...Thank you

  • if you cant find a pull up bar, just go to your local elementary school/playground, theres normally pull up bars there
