We ventured in to Marilyn Musgrave's district to ask her a few questions. We didn't get answers, we got assaulted.

  • Hey caltrider: I noticed the end of this video shows DearMarilyn URL. I was wondering why the main page of that DearMarilyn site links to a Focus on the Family site.

  • bullshit. she's a public servant being asked a question by a constituent. Also, are you a member of the press corps? Do you find yourself beating other people senseless for asking questions on a regular basis? Fuckwad.

  • Ugh its annoying enough that she doesn't answer your questions but I have a special place in my brain just for being annoyed with redneckers that use force when things dont go there way.

  • it actually is assault- and a civil rights violation-according to my s.o. attornay

  • Sue the jerk who grabbed the camera and the mike! Make him pay.

  • I've live in Colorado nearly my whole life and can tell you that Marilyn Musgrave has made harrassment of her fellow human beings into one of her most treasured pastimes. Even if it was silly and did no good, I still enjoyed watching the turn-around as fair game.

  • I love how these Communists in hiding insist that no one ask their darling Congresswomen "stupid confrontational questions". I suppose, in their world, only "intelligent, gentle questions" would be permitted.

  • The only ones looking foolish in this video are the faux "reporter" and his college pal cameraman. When you offer stupid confrontational questions, you'll likely get a stupid confrontational answer. If the liberal had bothered to attend a press conference, every other legitmate press corps member would have taken him out back and beat him senseless. Nothing makes real reporting harder than dumbass wannabes.

  • Why would it make any sense to ask the same question of "regular people on the street"? They're not running for Congress. And the video doesn't make Musgrave look "annoyed"; it makes her look churlish for refusing to respond, and makes her handlers look thuggish for committing battery on the questioner (look up the legal definition of "battery") and trying to thwart the First Amendment rights of a citizen on a public street. (At least they weren't as bad as Sen. George Allen's handlers . . .)

  • Obviously, this is a loaded question but if your intent was to make her look like a fool rather than just annoyed, you should have asked the same question of regular people on the street. That would at least give your question some credibility if indeed it has any.
