@HoffaGotem Reality is not in any way obligated to conform to your deep psychological wishes. Reality might not be what you want to hear, but its murmurs will not rest until they gain a hearing. I guess it comes down to this very basic question: Do you want reality - regardless of whether of agrees with your beliefs or not -, or a false, "feel good" substitute of it (i.e. religion)? @bluesjammingman Further scientific theory does not require "belief" the way you mean. It simply must demonstrate under rigorous scrutiny that what is stated is true. Your story book does not need evidence because it bases all of its assumptions and "truths" on the fact that idiots like you will take what is said at face value on "faith" that it is true. Yes we don't know how the universe first came into being but that does not automatically mean that a magical sky fairy did it.

@bluesjammingman Well if you take your knowledge from the TV then I'm not surprised. Read a proper text on the subject if you can get your small mind around the concepts. "Theory" in the scientific sense is a body of demonstrable facts which have been tested and proven to be true. Just because you haven't read a dictionary to understand the different meanings of the word doesn't change the meaning within the context of the subject. Being willfully ignorant is shameful.

@Zapachna6661 I watched a movie on the history channel about the evolution of the entire universe and of man. There were so many contradictions I had to laugh about it. The "theory" of Evolution will ALWAYS be just a "theory". It takes MORE false "belief" to support the "theory" of evolution than it does the Bible. You want me to think that something smaller than an atom exploded for some reason and the entire universe came out of it? ROFLMAO. What a moroon.....
