Worlds Nastiest Apartment

Nasty apartment. 3 people lived here Mom boyfriend and a probably 15 yr old kid. They bought a NEW Home/trailer. They lived in this apartment for about 7 months. I feel sorry for there new home!!!

The tenant took out most the shit in hopes to get his $250 deposit back. It's still nasty and smells worse now that he disturbed all that trash.And no that asshole did'nt get his deposit back. I'll be totally redoing the apartment.

1st of all race has nothing to do with it! I inspect homes, its my job. It's just laziness. You can collect or hoard anything you want as long as it is neat. Secondly, my personal opinion is if they want to live like that so be it! Stay the fuck out of peoples homes. You rotten mother fucking slum-balls keep out of our homes. Our rights have been depleted all together now. Fuck you. My home is immaculate but my sister lives dirty, not as bad as this though. Her 3 kids have 4.0 averages too.

Nasty, I have only had one rental unit left in that shape. It took me 2 days to bag the trash and I will never do that again if I can help it. Now we inspect monthly for tenants who get a little too messy. This way if it starts to get out of hand we can give them notice before they totally ruin the place.

@67bandit67 i doubt any house unless the person is obsessive compulsive will be perfectly spotless since nothing can ever be perfect but lot of the rotten food in their apartment indicates that they had been leaving their things to unattended for months.
