If that guy Tony can come off the bike in the main group then I can't see anyone stopping him, he must have been 15th coming off the bike, impressive.

USA Triathlon established the Elite Triathlon Academy this fall in Colorado Springs
There is some support for athletes including Vezbicas.
Tony opted for competing at an NCAA level and will be running track and cross country at the University of Michigan while training with their swim team and tri team for triathlon.

what does an amazing triathlete such as Verzbicas split for his 5k run? I simply don't know how fast even the best runners can run a 5k in after the swimming and biking.
