The fan has !!definitely!! a bearing problem. I would call Dell if it comes up again.

you got it on wood ass hole what do you think i put my one on a base and it does not make the noise the 1520 sux

If you just turned on your laptop after it was off a long time then you might have a problem with bios. It sounds like your fan. You should be able to update bios, but definitely talk to dell. They always help me with any issues, software or hardware.
And dude seriously, dont use I.E.

the cooling fan kicks in faster sometimes. its nothing to really worry about. but it sounds a little irregular so maybe it should be replaced. my 1521 does it all the time when im playing a game or something.

noise comes when i turned on pc , so when its cold.But if u watchd video carefully im opening a HD Film and noise gone.. comes from cooling fan surely. So i recorded video and put here coz i wanna now there is anybody having same trbbl with 1520.6 months passed and now im not worrying about it coz i used to.
