This is interesting because it shows Sir Alex in congenial company and shows his jovial private personality. He has a great deal of charisma: notice how the men are thrilled to be in his presence. Also it's a rare shot of him with a glass of his favourite tipple, wine, which looks like a Bourdeaux to me.
