フォルツァ（FORZA）とは、本田技研工業が製造販売している249cc4ストローク単気筒エンジンを搭載したスクータータイプのオートバイである。
概要
本田技研工業が1999年の東京モーターショーに市販予定車として出品されたNSS250が細部の変更が行われ2000年3月にフォルツァの名称で、フュージョンの後継機種として発売された。
スタイルも、シート下の収納スペースや足踏み式のリアブレーキをハンドブレーキに変更されるなど、他社のビッグスクーター同様のスタイルとなった。安全性に関して、ブレーキにCBR1100XX譲りの前後連動ブレーキが採用された。同年7月にはABSとアイドルストップ機能を持つ機種（フォルツァS）も追加され、2002年にはリアボックス付きのモデル（フォルツァT/ST）も追加された。他社がビッグスクーター人気に伴うカスタムモデルも発売されたが、2003年にはカスタムモデル（フォルツァX）も発表された。
2004年にはフルモデルチェンジが行われ、街乗りを意識したデザインの変更やシート下収納スペースの容量の拡大、新機能として、フューエルインジェクション、スマートキーと7月には電子制御方式のCVT（フォルツァZのみ）が採用されたモデルも登場した。
2005年には先代にもあったABSモデルもフォルツァZに加わっており、同年には初代から数え、累計生産台数が3万台を突破した。
名前の由来
FORZAとはイタリア語で「頑張れ」等の複数の意味を持つ。
輸出仕様
海外市場ではJazz（欧州）REFLEX（北米）の名称で発売しているが、欧州では2代目からはフォルツァの名称で統一された。なお北米地区ではフルモデルチェンジが行われず、初代のモデルがREFLEXのまま継続販売中である。

Outline
The change in the detail was done and NSS250 from which Honda Motor Co., Ltd. was exhibited in the Tokyo Motor Show in 1999 as a schedule on the market car was put on the market by the name of Foltsa as a successor of fusion in March, 2000.

The other companies is announced the custom model (Foltsa X) was announced in 2003 though the custom model according to the Big scooter popularity was put on the market.
Restyling was done in 2004, and the model where CVT of an electronically controlled method (Only Foltsa Z :) was adopted appeared as a change in the design to consider the town ride, an expansion of capacity in space of storage under the seat, and a new feature in the fuel injection, the smart key, and July, too.
The ABS model whom the predecessor also had in 2005 joined Foltsa Z, too and it counted from the founder in the same year, and the number of the total production exceeded 30,000.
Origin of name
It has two or more meanings such as "Do your best" in Italian with
FORZA.
Export specification
It was united from the second generation by the name of Foltsa in Europe though it put on the market by the name of Jazz REFLEX (Europe)(North America) in the foreign market. Restyling is not done in the North America district, and founder's model is selling continuance like REFLEX.
