@AngeliaClaire What do you mean by being mean? I am never mean. The book I told you about is about a search for a Nazi after the war by a young German jurnalist and a surprising outcome. I don;t want to say more and spoil it.

I have the book and read it last year, it is an amazing book about the courage of two people in the face of such danger. I have been at that ZOO before reading the book and looked at the bird cages below which was the entrance to the escape route and had no idea what was happening there. They were savingthese people right under the Nazi's noszes, it was so bold and it worked. These wonderful people saved 300 Jews risking their own lives.

I just bought this book Yesterday. Thanks! The woman at Barnes and Noble said the same thing that you are. This book IS different. I can't wait to start it. I am reading the Book Thief right now. What else can you suggest that is a good, can't put down Read? Again thank you. AngeliaClaire.
