How do you overlap videos? Say that you had one video clip that you wanted the sound to be part of the entire thing, but you wanted to show other video clips during the music... like a music video

I can't get any sound at all on my audios when I'm viewing them through Premier Elements. I can't figure out what's wrong. When I play the video elsewhere on other software, I can hear it just fine. Help!

I need a good Getting Started Tutorial. A simple task of starting a video mixing in some footage and adding titles and effects etc. a short perhaps 3 minute video something like a news cast video... I would surely appreciate your help.
