Gained some weight...the bad kind, decided to do something about it!

Started P90X and my own "diet guide" (with scoobys workshop help)! lol since I didn't have theirs =/

Here is my P90X before and after body transformation results!

Hope this will give someone the motivation to start working out too! =D

  • Wow! good job! It's hard being in school and trying to exercise too.I'm impressed that you found the time to do that. You don't look old enough to be in school to become a Pharmacist...you look 12!...lol you'll appreciate that as time goes on. :O)

  • @mixongc1 8000 calories a day!?. Lol. Lets be sensible. 3000-3500 is more like it.

  • @mixongc1 yea... i'm doing compounding exercises like deadlifts and such... up tp 275lbs now, my goal is to double my body weight and do 320lbs... although i don't know what my max is right now cause I do heavier sets progressively and get to 275lb after about 20min of deadlift lol I used to do alot of squats in HS on football team, used to be able to do 225lbs regular sets (never maxed tho), but haven't done it since HS lol

  • @adtd13 it's an intense 90 days workout program! great program if you want get lean/ripped fast, but it's hard as hell and you must be very dedicated
