James is finally let out again to pull a goods train. James is determined to redeem himself, and makes good time even though the trucks break away on Gordon's Hill. The Fat Controller is pleased, and allows James to keep his red paint.

  • There's a few little niggles.

    1. You can see the guard in the brake van when another's waving the flag :P. If you had turned it around, it would've looked better.

    2. This looked, to me, too much like the actual episode

  • @ThomasPercyandToby2, true about the guard, i like to stay close to the source material.

  • Brilliant remake man, I loved this episode for three things: The long train, the break in the train, and James' determination. :D

  • @crazyracer12, same for me those 3 and also the music ^_^

  • Great remake! Shame Gordon's Hill still doesn't have that footbridge. :/

  • @TheUnluckyTug02, yeah, its weird. I have it downloaded but it just refuses to appear. Although if i get it to re-appear il re-film some scenes. =)

  • How do you get the original naration?

  • @TheSI3DRemakist Quite a good diea,i liekd the idea of edward pulling coaches instead fo trucks though,it mkes more snese for the fat contoller to ride on a passenger train thaa goods train lol .

How did u get the trucks toroll back down the hill?

  • I think in someone's remake i saw a series 3-5 style tidmouth sheds,i din't know that had been done yet

  • I have a new Gordon's Hill on the way and then If you ever remake this episode it will be tons better

  • @ThomasPercyandToby2 oh i get it

  • @carson08022000 ...it's supposed to be a remake. A remake is something based on the real think but with little additions by the remake's director. If it's filmed COMPLETELY like the real thing, it's like the director has no creativity.

  • @ThomasPercyandToby2 isnt it supposed to be like the real episode

  • Great! Looks professional :)
