The Oral Health Bible : A powerful book that gives the truth about dangers that lurk within almost all of the toothpaste and mouthwash in the mainstream market. I Give a light commentary with a fractional reading from the book that many of us need to study and take a lot of advice from. This is real dentistry from a caring standpoint about patients who are concerned about their overall health.

  • I use Dr. Mercola Narural Mint Toothpaste

    Eco-Dent Daily Care Tooth Powder

Dr. Schulze's Oral Therapy Mouth Rinse

    Dr. Tung's Smart Floss

I also recommend getting a separate tongue scraper (not your toothbrush)

If you use all of these, you won't believe how clean your mouth feels.

  • I use miswak, wich is a natural brush from a tree ;) !! it works great with me!!

  • You said 36,000 cases of mouth cancer a year are caused by mouthwash.

But according to most sources, there are only 30,000 cases of mouth cancer a year, regardless of the cause.

    Please explain?

  • Don't read 'Confessions of a Former Cosmetic Dentist' unless you want to be shocked. Toothpaste can be filled with chemicals... visit toxictoothpaste (dot)org.

  • @Koolvedge I looked them up. Toms assured me that they were safe, and only irritative in the concentrated form. Other sources make a big deal out of it being harmful in concentrated form.. In fact, i sometimes get irritation under my arms cuz of it...but like you said, it's better than speed stick! Maybe i'll just stop using it on days when i'm not trying to impress anyone, if you know what i mean..

  • @xblackxsailsx Some of Tom's products are kool. Check the propylene glycol, i think it's a type of anti-freeze, and look up the info on sodium laurel sulfate. i know its an abrasive derived from coconut but more research needs to be done. All in all it's better than Crest and Speed Stick. It's good that your conscious of these things

  • .....witch hazel water, Glyceryl laurate, Chamomile flower aqueous extract, Hops extract (i think i may have read something bad about hops so i'll get back to you), Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Ascorbic acid, and organic lemongrass oil.

The sources of those ingredients can be found here:

    tomsofmaine [dot] com/products/deodorant/product-details/original-care-deodorant-stick

They also make natural mouth wash, which i have yet to try.

  • I use Tom's of Maine natural antiplaque plus whitening gel toothpaste.

It contains: Sorbitol, water, hydrated silica, xylitol, spearmint & peppermint oils, sodium lauryl sulfate, xanthan gum.

It works great for me, and I also use tom's of maine deodorant. NOT antiperspirant.

It doesn't work as well as regular deodorant, but it's MUCH safer, and i don't mind sweating like HUMAN BEINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO!

Ingredients: Propylene glycol, water, Sodium stearate, Aloe vera leaf juice (organic)....

  • All the books are in his profile wall.

  • @Koolvedge Thanks for the heads up man! Very informative!
