  • @Maper555 i agree, bench press just breaks down the deltoids. Makes you more prone to injurys

  • @portorreal123 running faster...lol? and it helps when you fucing batting, it helps all around, srsly? lol

  • your not suppose to bench press its not good for how hard and fast you can throw, lessens it, sure u'll hit farther but ull throw 4 mph

    just do curls

    thats a good basic workout getting muscle and still being able to throw fast and hit hard

  • when you are working out your legs.. how exactly does that help?
