A dbz phenomenon beta. im not gonna finish or edit any amvs for a while.

* this video has bad quality i tried so many different formats (with youtube recommended settings) and all have bad quality. I tried avi (divx and xvid), wmv, mpeg, mpeg-4 (divz, xvid, h.264). After seeing that mpeg-4 with h.264 codec gave best quality I experimented with different bitrates, framerates, resolutions, and aspect ratios. I gave up since all were degraded by alot. My original file is extremely good (as close to perfect as it can get) quality. This video is mp4 h.264 with a bitrate of 4032 and 320x240 with 30 fps. But as you can see the quality is awful.

If anyone knows how to get decent (doesnt have to be perfect just good quality) plz pm me settings or how to. Thanks

how did u get h.264?

wat do u mean? i just rendered a very high quality avi format file with uncompressed settings.  The file was like a 8gb file so i converted it into a mp4 encoded with a h.264 encoder.

try it press right click and click on pan crop

you use chromo keyer in effects. Also you can use masks and cut of the extra bits. just play with chroma keyer

from 1:44-1:54 how you put them all in clips where they werent supposed to be, like you just got them alone in another scene, how'd you do that, please explain that would be really helpful I have Vegas Pro 9.0, btw nice video man!
