Very creative with the blueberry salsa. Do you know Matt Stone's 180 kitchen channel (user name is mnobeyed)? His videos reminded me of yours except his are like ghetto bachelor style. Youve gotta try his french fries on steroids...yukon golds, coconut oil, melted cheese, truffle oil... amazing

@mikelund534 I didn't get the proper words out on that one.. What I meant to say was, whenever you are poaching, the liquid should almost be unbearable to taste, because it need to impart flavor in the fish. So the salt would simply be a seasoning.. If the broth was light and flavorless, then it would not impart any flavor into the fish.
