Lol... if Federer was the great philanthropist some of you people think he is, he could donate 80% of his winnings and commercial sponsorship earnings to charity and still live like a rich man. Will he do that, NO WAY, of course he wont. Like most celebrities, top sportsman, singers, artists, etc etc they become addicted to fame, to wealth, and to the power it brings them. If 25% of the top earning sportsman in all sports donated just 25% of their earnings every year, they could wipe out hunger.

@wintermutecaboose It's take a special arrogance to become great like Federer. People said the same things about Steve Jobs.

Con you defene redefenition for mi or hav you messpelled a ward?

omg, you should accept that he is "the legend" in tennis history, I think i don`t need to count all records that he has achieved? Besides he owns a foundation to help the poor ones and is always the first one to play an exibiton to gather money for Tahiti, africa and so on...and you dare to call him arrogant? I don`t care if you are fan of Djokovic, Nadal or somebody else...just try to be fair and respectful, because that man has changed nearly anything in a positive Way

well not inside out but it was good

I agree he is not as gracious as most people seem to think. But the guy is still playing at the top of him game. Its just that he has Nadal and Djokovic to deal with these days. At 3 in the world, he is still at the top of the game.

1. There is no such word as 'redefintion'
2. Federer is the most arrogant player on ther tour, 8/10 times he will credit his own weaknesses for the reason he lost
3. He is past his prime and it's sad to see him hanging on to his fading glory. All he can do now is tarnish the legend, he is quoted as saying he thinks he can play at the top level even when he is 35 years old, I mean the guy has a Caeser complex that's sickening to listen to.
Never gracious in defeat, in fact cries like a baby.

this is inside in!
One night, a reporter asked Roger if the shot he made this day was his best shto ever. Roger smiled, made a cheeky face and said:
"I don't know, I've hit so many..."
He wasn't arrogant in any way, he just pointing out a fact.
Roger, you couldn't be more right; each time I think I saw your best shot, you pull off a better one.
Federer is all about the redefenition of impossibility.
