Light at angle can cause lens flares, we need to block out unwanted light with a lens hood. Light in front is usually best. Light from behind will cause a sillouette, this can be good or bad, depends on what effect your trying to achieve.

Hello Fishy~
I often check your postings at Steve's and here. After scratching a bald spot on my head I decided to get a Zi6 for $99.00 with free s/h.
Have looked into any of the little aux. lenses made for cell phones that also work on these taples flat cameras? The use a adhesive metal ring around the lens and the aux lens clings via a magnet.
