*WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY WHEN POSSIBLE* this is a pole junkies vid, still in some pain from grinding my upper calf, against the pole for the marley in the last vid, but gettin better by the day, just takin it a bit easy. hubby got me those heat wraps and taped them around my leg several times..ahhh how sweet:) my lil one had to have her own lil cast on her leg to. tried a bandaid but that was not enough for her. she's too cute. anyhow not alot of tricks, more dancing, a bit sloppy but a light work on the challenge. the song hits home big time, and since i dont have any songs that remind me of my parents from the past growin up, that i can think of, this one speaks volumes to me in direct relation, so i used this. iam healin, so better stuff to come this week. ladies watch out for ur backs of knees and upper calves PLEASE! love to all xoxo

  • you can! i couldn'tdo one for YEARS before polin, i mean like many years, and had a really poor one at first like half way lol, so if i could stretch my way to get that split..the good side anyhow, so can u just keep at it, and i should work on the other side so i can do a jade, but that will take ALOT of work, lol..u r capable trust me.

  • lol....thanks hun, yeah its feelin a bit better, but i wont soon try that yogini, until i really get over that awful pain cause it was bad, why it was so much worse THAT particular time, idk, but it was and just got worse the next day! ur like me, we don't stay down for long do we? ur the best hun i hope you are on the mend as well. xoxo shel

  • That was awesome floor work. My sweetie kept trying the stuff around the 4 min mark, and then eventually looked up and said, "Ok, that's impossible, just replay the darn video and let me get comfy" lol. Thank you for posting your vids, you're the best!

  • If I didn't c the wrap I wouldn't c a difference-ur dancing is always great:)I am recuperating after a car accident 3 weeks ago and I was just getting started poling. Docs won't know how long it will take-it all depends on me & how I can work through the pain.I don't feel any better than I did since the day it happened. I'm glad I can use the pc though :) I have a request when u r better- Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing by Chris Isaak. Great to dance to!
