@ParkLeeNa The foam removal was explained to me, lol. Apparently removing the foam helps to take away the bitterness from the food.

A lot of prep work, but the gyoza is definitely worth it. Very nice recipe. However, I am curious about the benefit of adding chicken soup gelatin.

Wow this recipe seems way more complex than most. Kinda curious about the difference chicken soup jelly makes.

@t07061988 The gelatinized soup makes the gyoza filling juicy without resorting to a fattier cut of ground meat.

塩分多いし いつも思うけど、調理器具揃えてる割には基本的なとこがおろそか
ですよ。パスタも、油の扱いが適当なので 果たしておいしいのか疑問ですよね
