minced pork 200g
cabbage 1/4
leek 1/2
negi(welsh onion) 1
garlic 1
ginger 1
chicken soup 250ml
skin of ginger 1
dried shrimp 15cc
gelatin 5cc
oyster sauce 15cc
seasameoil 15cc
nagasawake sause or soy sause 15cc
skin of dumpling 50

材料(6から8人分)
豚ひき肉 200g
キャベツ 1/4個
にら 1/2束
ねぎ 1本
にんにく 1片
しょうが 1片

固めるチキンスープ用
チキンスープ(サムゲタン風スープを濾して作りました) 250ml

干しえび 大さじ1
粉ゼラチン 5g

餡用調味料
オイスターソース 大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
長澤家の万能つゆもしくはめんつゆ 大さじ1から1.5くらい

  • @ParkLeeNa The foam removal was explained to me, lol. Apparently removing the foam helps to take away the bitterness from the food.

  • A lot of prep work, but the gyoza is definitely worth it. Very nice recipe. However, I am curious about the benefit of adding chicken soup gelatin.

  • Wow this recipe seems way more complex than most. Kinda curious about the difference chicken soup jelly makes.

  • @t07061988 The gelatinized soup makes the gyoza filling juicy without resorting to a fattier cut of ground meat.

  • 塩分多いし いつも思うけど、調理器具揃えてる割には基本的なとこがおろそか­ですよ。パスタも、油の扱いが適当なので 果たしておいしいのか疑問ですよね
