Assault - an intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact. The assault is clear. The 'agent' pushes him. That is assault. Adam was only taking pictures when the agent flipped out and confronted him. If you watch the other video, he explains the whole situation. I hope the agent got canned for being so out of control. Adam, good job on getting the pics and the evidence.

cont... the worst part is i am suffering from post troumatic disorder, depression and anxiety. when the dr. ran out of samples i downword spiraled. i am 28 yrs old. i lost a child cant find work and cannot afford medical insurance. my question is if the welfare office can deny my wife the disability application. i thought the dr. fills it out then the government decides. i didnt know welfare chose who can fill it out. any advise. i am worried and out of options please

adam i truly support your effort. i lost my 6 yr old 9/24/11 from a sudden heart condition, then my wife had to get brain surgery last week and she is recovering. she hasent worked in over 6 months and has severe depresionand anxiety and cannot work. the welfare office told her she cannot file for disability. i am a self employed contractor and work is very slow. i cant even afford help for myself. i watched my son die beforte my eyes. luckaly my youngest and wife were not there to witness this.

Not supporting Ron Paul I guess IS fking all of us. We ALL lose if Ron isn't elected.
