This song, the lyrics actually happened in real life. Not to Brandon, no. Brandon's uncle. This man tried to shoot his private part off because of an alien E.T. visitation. Luckily he missed and shot his leg instead. If you notice the song is VERY optimistic. Makes sense. Wouldn't you be glad if you were alive and still had your private part all things considered? So they cut his Uncle open as the song says...Brandon's uncle made a full and happy recovery. Credit should go to his family.

funny to watch this video and hear how they changed the song for the album..for the better i think..ex. the ending and the adding of the synth...Great song

yes it is
btw most of the artists around the world get usually a faster tempo on lives than on the recording of an album
