Youy do realise all these laws are so out of date, they no longer count. You seem to think it's a big conspiracy like "OMG they kept these laws so they can use them!!" but anyone who studies law knows, newer laws supercede these old ones. For example, in the UK, it is not a crime to kill a Scotsman with a longbow in York. However, although this is technically 'legal', this person would still be charged with murder, as the law stands now.

@SpikecKone In that regard I will credit the worth of the video. I am not American but travel a lot on a business level and I am always shocked by the sheer ignorance of both national and international politics with which I am met by well educated people - especially the republicans. It is astounding why all these mid/low income people are doing the bidding of the super rich who are skimming off so much for the themselves that country is now more segregated than former dictatorship; Brazil!

@ClonerKing You're certainly correct in saying that some of them are technicalities, but the law is all about technicalities and nuances in language, and they play an important role in how a country is run. The points being made in this video fit into a bigger context, so if you do not believe or are not aware, then you are correct in saying that this entire video was pointless. Whether you agree or not, it is raising awareness, because a LOT of Americans are not paying attention, in general.
