  • Is this a Powerline PPR200X? I think about buying one very soon, however I am a bit concerned about the chin up bar. I weigh 200lbs and want to use some extra weights for the chin ups but the bar looks quite shaky..what do you think about it?

  • @Kotnaschkatze I am about 190 and do weighted pull ups (+45) and it is fine, but I suggest throwing the barbell and weights on the rack to add some weight in the back because if you kip your pull ups, the rack tends to move. Throw some weights on it and it's solid.

  • what kind of bench are you using and where did you get it from?

  • @slowdivesnds Its the bowflex bench. Picked it up on Amazon for $150 shipped I think.

  • Does this work with a standard bar?

  • @slowdivesnds If by standard you mean an olympic bar, then yes. That is the bar I am using with it.

  • @slowdivesnds If you're standard bar is long enough (6 or ideally 7 foot) then it would work.

  • No standard is non olympic. It's 10 lbs less than an olympic bar.

  • @fabbripost I am 6 foot 2. I bend my knees and it is plenty tall enough..
