you sir are an R-Tard go look up Thermoelectric Generators and read, its an epic way to super cool your cpu but i guess your to full of your own fancy talk that made no sense what so ever. the only downfall with this device is that "IF" the control fails and it gets to cold it will condensate, make ice, or short out your computer.

Well, this is bit late, but actually you can move thermal energy by the use of external electricity. Hopefully you already figured that out though. If not check out Wikipedia's Peltier section.
