If people really want to know what caused the preventer value from working. they can get a degree in mechanical engineering and figure it out. the valve failed because it was not designed to handle the oil pressure volume that BP well. the well was the biggest oil reserve ever found. hence nobody had expected or designed a valve to handle the pressures from it. even when you calculate the extra pressure that the ocean provided at those depths. it still was not enough to stop it. just an FYI.

you can think what you like but if a guy predicted these weather patterns to the date and place they happened, it had nothing to do with the Gulf Spill as he made these predictions before the spill occurred. If you don't know who he is there's only one way to find out.

@darnok0611 Idk who he is but im sure he did. I think it was all caused by a bunch of things like the oil spill, the moon, and the shifting poles. The moons been causing big earthquakes down here in NZ. I think the oil spill contributed to the quickness of the cold winter in the UK??
