Frozen broccoli is good but not better than fresh since it has a lower nutrient value. They might taste the same but of course fresh is healthier. Anyway better to eat frozen broccoli than none if you can't get hold of fresh :P

Thx for teaching us how to cut a broccoli and no you don't throw the broccoli stem since it contains the fibers and vitamins. You make a broccoli stem salad or a slaw with other vegetables and much more I don't care to write about. What I like about Ramsay is that he doesn't waste food. Place your leftovers in a container and make something of it the next day.
