@ninjitsian i can do a tornado kick but its more like a inside 360 cresent kick, i cant do the 540. can't seem to land on kicking foot and ur ryte, can't get the hips to twist that quickly, and thatnx again man
-
@ronaldo17ist it's all about the lift brother. and keep looking for the floor. open your chest, arch your back. send me a vid

@ninjitsian my back isn't as flat as urs (parallel to the ground) when i go into neither are my hips up or legs get up. what can i do to correct that. i don't get much height coz of that. I saw u get huge height with very little fuss in take off, anything i can try or change in the setup???? and take care

@ninjitsian yeah i agree with on that part, but ur raiz is very very good, its high fast and inverted. I was wondering when you twist, are you going to go down or is it a technique to get the body parallel to the grnd. nd many people say that do like a hook kick, it seems to make the raiz more hard, i heard u kick up wth the heal and twist.

@ninjitsian the right leg will stay bent for swinging through. You have to feel the trick and do what's natural. I didn't explain all that because because there is no concrete way to raiz. feel through your movement and experiment how your body works. Your raiz will probably not look like mine, and that's the beauty of tricking.
-
@ronaldo17ist when you go into it, you step in the direction you wish to travel. your body should feel natural wherever your posture is, because you're keeping your eyes on the floor as mentioned. if you twist left, your left leg will lift at a 45 angle. your right leg is going to pivot as you lift, and your going open your chest. when you open your chest your arms will do what's natural-swing around and pull back. there's no foot coordination on the landing, keep your left leg straight and land

i am no expert on the raiz . but if you could explain in a step by step way. a bit less complicated way. like how to go into the raiz, setup, posture and even durning or before take off what some1 has to do with, arms, legs and hips. e.g i don't get any height. u get tremendous height. and the foot coordination durninbg and at the landing, i think u mentioned them abit to complicated in manner

@ronaldo17ist I appreciate your feed back, but please also consider that this tutorial relies on some visual aspects as well. if there's anything you feel I should add I'll gladly fill it in the description box

yeah , the tutorial was good but a little too advanced for beginners. it would help if there were a few small tips like how to get off but all in all a good tutorial
-
Gracias! Very good explanation! Tutorials like this are very helpful when you are training. Thanks again.

@ronaldo17ist i'm a bit confused as to what you're asking what a tornado kick would help with but I will do a 540 tutorial for you. your tornado kick should become your 540. the 540 isn't really even about the kick, but the torque of the upper body and lifting of the non kicking leg. I will post a video when I can
