  • I actually think of this video ever single time I see that I've left the water on while brushing my teeth/washing my hands. Every time. It's crazy. It's stuck in my brain! My god I love sesame street, it was the best thing for us growing up!

  • @RaminHAL9001 You've probably gotten an answer by now, but if you haven't, the artist responsible for this is Peter Chung. He animated Aeon Flux, Rugrats, among many other animated gems.

Very pleased to have met you! I lived in Australia for a year and it was a very interesting experience! As far as I know, the only foregn country that "Gimme a Break!" has ever been syndicated to is Canada. This being the case, if you ever get the urge to watch it, You Tube is probably your only hope. Bye!

  • @Smartboy8877 Haha no I haven't sorry man, I'm australian so I've never ever heard of that show!! I would watch it but I'm in exam mode at the moment :)

  • @hannrkelley

Have you seen the "Gimme a Break!" episode that I wrote about? If so, what did you think of it? I thought that it was great to see the poetic justice that was brought to Katie at the end!

  • @HTMomentum You're an idiot lol

  • @Smartboy8877 Hahaha that's awesome, very well done :P. It's great how that happens though!

  • @KaiHimotama

Have you spoken with your Dad about this problem? If so, how did he respond?

  • @hannrkelley

I think we all get things like that stuck in our heads at times! Whenever I hear the word disgusting, I think of the words of wisdom of Julie from "Gimme a Break!"! She used that word to describe the behavior of her sister Katie and it was in the third season episode called "Samantha's Protest". Just in case you are interested, it is up on You Tube.

  • @owmaeyen

Not excatly what the first said, but close enough!

  • @rayjay0210 Well, you are right about the amount of time adding up. That's true. But I figured more time would add up if you shut the water off during teeth-brushing, then hand rinsing :)

  • @SiouxCitian Actually, not to create any problems or anything, but i actually have started a Facebook page called "Save The Planet's H2O and i do actually close the faucet for one minute when washing my hands because that little minute can make a difference! If 10 people closed the faucet every time they washed their hands in a day in 2025, 2/3rds of the worlds population would not be facing water shortages.
