How do you liquidate an award that you never received to begin with? Liquidate views?
She has every right to post this video. No one is getting any award for this other than C-SPAN, as it was broadcast by that entity. Your logic is incorrect. If a video is posted by more than one account holder it has a greater chance of being viewed.
