i'm having a bit of an issue! when I hoop with arms out bending back (first method), i do fine, but when my arms are down (second method) the hoop is still angled the same way, even if I bend forward. only way I can correct it is by doing the 360. I have a lot of practicing to do :)

keep coming back to look at this- i can now get the move but only for a few rotations until it drops off/pops up to my neck... ahhhhh i keep trying to arch my back etc. but dont know whats happening!

I could do the first vertical chest hooping where you lean back and jump, but for the longest time I havent been able to get the one where you lean forward. I saw this video and you say push the hoop down with your chest. I tried this and it worked the first time! I can totally do it now. Thanks so much!

you are amazing! i've been hooping for about 5 months and havent been able to figure out vertical hooping. I just saw your tutorial, tried it, and got it! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your tutorials and sharing your gift with the rest of us. happy hooping!

ok thanks i've tried doing this one and seem to automatically push out with my arm but it pops up and hits my face! so i'll try controlling my arm then...
very nice...you make it look so easy...I am going to try...but it wont be easy for me :(

When you shimmy the hoop upwards for the 2nd vertical move use your arms to nudge up by raising each shoulder in turn.When the hoop is vertical I keep it there by bouncing my upper body up and down and do not use my arms.However others use their arm to nudge the hoop round but I find this way easier.Hope this answered your question x
