Hey guys! Again, I'm a clarinet player who has recently began to learn the flute. Here's something I made with Garageband. Me playing both the flute and clarinet parts of the Andante Con Variazioni by Mozart. It's not a real video, just the audio, since I did this with garageband. So I hope you like pictures of clarinets and flutes. :) I played both the clarinet and flute parts once through. The awkward breaks you here are my cutting out the page turns and me counting "1, 2, 3, 4.." between some of the variations lol. Again, I'm a beginner flute player, semi-professional clarinetist still in college. So please don't be harsh on my flute skeeyilzz or lack there of. :) Anyways, ENJOY!

  • Didn't know this piece... Hmm, which one is this? Do you have the K number of this piece?

Oh and nice playing of course :D

  • I wasn't sure of the K number so I just tried to look it up for you. :) unforunately the music didn't say....lol. Its from a book I have of a collection of flute and clarinet duos and for whatever reason, they didn't list the K number. Most of the duos that are arranged for woodwinds from mozart are usually like...violin sonatas or duos he wrote for violin and piano. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful! lol. I'm actually quite curious to know what the actual piece is myself! :)

  • I think that sounded wonderful!

How can I find sheet music?

  • thank you so much!

its from the Voxman Seventy-Eight Duets for Flute and Clarinet Volume 2, the one with the blue cover. VOlume 2 has somewhat harder ones than Volume 1, which is the easy book. This duet is at the end of the book VOlume 2. This one and a Beethoven one also near the end of the book are absolutely fantastic! lol.

  • @lstthoughts8 What are the reference numbers [K, Op]of this piece? Is any more information on this piece, for I am trying to buy the sheet music.

  • ..what? are you talking about me? I'm not a she. I CAN'T show myself because I made this on garageband in order to compile two parts together. And this isn't cd quality in any fashion, so I don't know what you're talking about. I made this with garageband, and a eyeball blue USB microphone. Believe it or not...there are people out there who play multiple instruments.

  • wow! Bravo!! That was wonderful!

  • that's kinda cool, man; where else am I going to hear such a piece? why is it categorized as Comedy? ; incidentally, do you know the KV listing?

  • this is really great... i play both too, but not as well!
