Oh yea, this dude is amazingly one sided.

Retard. Retard. Retard. Conciousness is an illusion, therefore people don't exist...? Retard. Retard. Retard.

Ray comfort still lies about all of this and more despite the fact that I've seen his misapprehensions about Darwin, Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics pointed out and explained to him in detail, with patience and understanding.
The whole point about these people is that they don't form their beliefs based solely on the information; first they choose what they like, then they believe it.
Cognitive Dissonance is their Kung-fu and their Kung-fu is strong.

@c6gunner LOL!

@Believerification My laughter is for my own benefit; only an utter narcissist would look at people laughing, and assume their intent is to harm him. You can add 'pride' to your list of sins, right along with dishonesty and abject stupidity.
-
@c6gunner Stop, please, your laughter is causing me physical pain, it's taking away my blessings, it's making my life miserable. Please don't mock me, there's no remuneration for being mocked in my religion: no heaven, no crown of rejoicing, no eternal life, once you mock me.

The vitriol of Atheist responses against a Hitchens opponent is in direct proportion to how badly Hitchens is getting his lunch handed to him.
-
@Believerification Yes, it is, and no, he isn't. He's making fun of you for shits and giggles, and we're all laughing with him. It doesn't matter how many "could be" and "may be" statements you hide your beliefs behind; the bottom line is that theists believe in an invisible magic-man who miracles things into happening. Once you accept that, you give up all right to be taken seriously. All our discussions will consist of me mocking you and pointing out the fallacies inherent in your arguments.

@c6gunner A caricature, by definition, is a misrepresentation and simplification, therefore Hitchens is simplifying and misrepresenting my beliefs for those too ignorant to know the difference. When he postulates God's existence, he argues that God must be evil to allow suffering, so he is not limiting God's actions by non-existence. He truly cannot see how something seemingly evil can lead something good. It's a blindness issue.
-
@Believerification Gods choice of actions is limited by his lack of existence. Hitchens is obviously caricaturing your beliefs, not claiming that he believes in gods. If you're too stupid to understand this, you don't belong in a serious discussion. On the other hand, if you DO understand it but are simply pretending to be stupid, then you're every bit as deceitful as Richards, and you deserve the same type of derision.
He's also lying about Darwin, and about universal laws, and about a bunch of other things. I'm just curious whether he KNOWS that he's lying. These "arguments" have been answered so many times that it's hard to believe his words are a result of ignorance rather than deliberate deception.

Now this a-hole is just lying. Dennett does NOT say that about consciousness. Absolute 100% LIAR.
Dennett is notable as being someone who has said exactly the opposite. Nobody could read anything about him and not know this.
