Also recommend doing weights or else you'll just be getting rid of all your muscle first

Actually as bad as not eating sounds all you need to to do is drink 3 gallons of water a day and one granola bar in between each gallon

I lost 20 lbs. in 30 days, but was sick. I couldn't eat, I had a nervous breakdown. I was in a state of depression. This was 15 years ago.

Another time I did lose almost 40 lbs in almost 3 months...felt great. I ate:
fruit/nuts with almond milk at 9:00am
small amount of meat, vegetables, salad at 2:00pm
an Atkins shake at 6:00pm
I exercised 7 minutes a day on treadmill, with the last 2 minutes at a fast pace.
This was 5 years ago.
@hitOnTheFloor Yeah.. I too had been using it also.. wow.. that's great.. I lost a hundred pound this past few weeks.. I recommend all of those who wants to become slimmer... its in the diet site WeightLossAction.Info

@sorrel75 the biggest loser contestants exercise for a good amount a day just like he said. So he did say you have to do this and that.....
