If you are Backpacking across Australia then you have the visit the Gold Coast in Queensland. The Gold Coast is famous for its white beaches, sunshine, great times and its awesome nightlife. We take a night out on the town on the Backpackers Big Night Out. We start our journey at Aquarius Backpackers and are picked up by the Party bus to head into cavill avenue the famous nightclub strip in Surfers Paradise. We are treated as VIPs in some of Australia's hottest nightclubs. We head to shooters, The Bedroom just to mention a few. The Backpackers big night out is definitely one of the best ways to experience the Gold Coasts night scene.

I remember getting on the bus on St Paddy's day weekend hitting every bar but it never came back to bring us home. I remember the the sun coming up on the beach sunday morning surrounded by beer cans with somone I cant even remember, and not wanting to ever leave this place. 16 minutes ago

I kinda remember doing this. Where I stayed they had this bus that came and picked u up but never took you home. I'll never forget Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. on St. Pattys day weekend.

If you are not from Australia please do not visit the Gold Coast and think Australia is anything like this place. It's embarassing to consider that people equate the people out on a Saturday night on Orchid Ave as what Australians are like. Not only that but every nightclub is exactly the same music and crowd-wise.

You could go to any other club in any other capital city and have a better time.

Do yourself a favour and have a meal and a drink at Main Beach or whatever, which is actually good.
