Stupid ArcSys spelled it Condemination Wings on the official site. With an i between the m and n in Condemn.

I always did like this song better without vocals.

The reason that a Guilty Gear vs BlazBlue game has not seen the light of day yet is simple. No song yet written has been worthy of being the "Tsubaki Vs Ky" theme. Arc thought it had a promising candidate but it caused riots in 90% of test subjects. Daisuke Ishiwatari went on record as saying he found the fact lamentable, as "nothing under 95% will do".
