All the way from North Florida to the very tropical atmosphere of Boca Raton Florida. Well over four hundred miles away with more than a six hour drive. The Wakulla High NJROTC set out to do what they do best, "DOMINATE!" Here you'll see how fine leadership combined with stern discipline that fosters a formidable team of outstanding young men and women. A team that believes in themselves as well as they do each other. Each one dedicated themselves to the commitment to bring the best of their intestinal fortitude to a most honorable achievement. Given that the kids were challenged with competing with over 20 other schools and that they faced duanting odds, they persevered. The Wakulla High NJROTC Basic Dril Team excelled to second place. Here you'll witness Aaron Walker Rhodes the Armed Basic Drill Team Commander along with his peers truly DOMINATE!
@DrillMasterTraining One more thing! ARM SWING is too much guidon. Guidon you are doing well in the position, though. Look at how the team marches at half step- different throughout! Work on the little things: angles, hand, arm and weapon placement, etc.

The team is sharp! Commander: don't call cadence unless you *absolutely have to*. It's unnecessary. Watch the step style: some Drillers look as though they are stepping over something with each step. You want everything you do to be standardized for each member of the team and throughout the routine.
I'd like to write more, but I must go!
