Filmed on May 29th, 2010 at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, ME. The race featured a true barefoot division, as well as a separate division for runners wearing minimalist shoes (Vibram Five Fingers). These two divisions started 10 minutes after another 5k race for runners wearing standard shoes, so you may see some of those runners in this video. Music: "Kids" by MGMT.

Good amount of kids, since Pineland is a great family atmosphere. Yes, beer is served on the day of the 25k/50k/50M race, but everyone is too tired from racing to be rowdy. Lots of families are always on hand enjoying the weekend.
