  • how many time should you bench press avg.

  • I'd say 3 times a week your first year, then twice a week for the next few years, then once a week heavy with a light workout in the middle of the week. you will have to listen to your body though, everyones a little different. I start light and add 10 pounds every workout. Don't try to rush it!

  • Dude slow the fuck down! and concentrate more on your form and you'll be suprised how much more muscle you will put on.

  • Who has bigger legs, marathon runners or sprinters?
