@SQ153Cadet Somewhat true. You can have a cadet officer on color guard, but it is not recommended. You cannot compete in the National Cadet Competition if you have a cadet officer unless he earned his Mitchell Award after the Region Level Competition. However, you may have cadet officers on the Colors Element of an Honor Guard. The regulations do not specifically say that only enlisted cadets may be on the Colors Element of the Honor Guard. @SQ153Cadet That's on a Color Guard. This is Honor Guard, there is no disqualifications.

It is my understanding that you can not have an officer on the cadets color guard team. Maybe I am mistaken.
