I am not trying to place Bon Iver on the same level as these artists, I am just fucking TIRED AS FUCK of people who constantly use the word "hipster" to define people and things. I seriously doubt that Bon Iver had being "cool" and "different" on his mind when writing his music.

I was painting while watching this video. I looked at my glass of water where I wash my paint brushes, and then I looked at the paint in the video. "Oh yeah! This is going on in this glass of water, and I can finally see it!"

This album is amazing! Worthy of many, many Grammy awards and more.

Love this song & parts of the music video remind me of the one for Brooke Waggoner's Heal for the Honey, particularly the swimming paint. Both sort of beautiful & lilting at points.

@jmwsctc What does "alternative" music sound like? Alternative is a vague made up genre of music created by the music industry to categorize something they dont know how to pigeonhole. Alternative music is something that doesnt really exist.
