  • Wonderful! Pickled Herring, mashed eggs, cooked potatoes with melted butter is a typical swedish dish often served in the midsummer. To that I would recommend the swedish "snaps", often spiced vodka. OP Andersson, Skåne Aquavit or Beska droppar from Reimersholme are genuine. For dessert I would recommend a cream cake topped with fresh strawberries and a cup of strong, black coffee. Have a nice meal!
